ABOUT LEVEL 3
Certified Animal Hospice Practitioner Training
TIMELINE
Level 3 CAHP Program:
Fall Session (2025):
- Begins September and you will have until December 2025 to complete
- There will be 3-hour LIVE Sessions on two Sundays
- 10:00 AM - 1:00 PM (Pacific Time)
- Level 3 Training takes place partially LIVE virtually/online on Zoom and the remaining training will be self-guided and depend on the Intern’s schedule
- There will be a break in the middle of the 3 hours of each LIVE Session
- We are also offering Levels 2 and 3 concurrently this Fall 2025

Spring Session (2026):
- Begins March and you will have until June 2025 to complete
- There will be 3-hour LIVE Sessions on two Sundays
- 10:00 AM - 1:00 PM (Pacific Time)

Requirements and additional notes:
- Attendance for each session is mandatory (however, exceptions and special situations will be considered on an individual basis)
- We will have special arrangements for International Students
- AHG Level 2 CAHC Credentials prerequisite unless you are opting for the dual enrollment of CAHC and CAHP Fall 2025
- 48 hours of brainstorming, research, preparation, and writing
- 54 hours total of training includes the LIVE Sessions
- There are no additional resources needed for this course except an optional pair of headsets and/or earbuds
- You will receive CAHP Credentials after you have completed the required LIVE Sessions and passed the essay assessments and the final assignment

Enrollment Process for the
Level 3 CAHP Program
Enrolling in the Level 3 CAHP Program is simple!
- STEP 1 : Complete the online Level 3 CAHP Program Application
- Prerequisite: AHG Level 2 CAHC Credentials (unless you are dual enrolling in Level 2 and Level 3)
- Simply fill out the short application form on this page
- STEP 2 : Meet & Greet
- We’ll set up a brief introductory phone or Zoom meeting with the Animal Hospice Group
- Please let us know during the meeting if you are applying for both Levels 2 and 3. Or, if you are only enrolling in Level 3.
- STEP 3 : Enroll & Pay
- An email notification will be sent to you containing an enrollment/payment link
- STEP 4 : Receive access to the program
- An email notification will be sent to you containing your login information
